The P90X Extreme Fitness Program is made up of three different programs. You select where you fancy to begin established on your physical conditioning and then all you have to do is just push play. The 3 options are broken down into Classic, Lean, and Doubles. We will do a breakdown of each P90X workout here.
Classic:
This appears to be where a lot of people seem to begin. The Classic is self explanatory and offers the most collection of workouts if you want to get big and lose weight as they go.
The classic entails approximately one hour and a half in any one day. The tedious session of the total program is named Yoga X.
Personally, I did classic in my initial session of the P90X Workout and seemed to get very good results by staying with the workouts. The diet was not strict and I didn’t pursue the P90X diet pogram. But, I did eat clean, i.e. no soda pop, chocolate, frozen yogurt, red meat, refined sugar, etc.. I did eat correct sugar level but watched it carefully. I pretty much only added it in tea.
The Classic P90X schedule does have you workout six days a week just as Lean and Doubles. P90X stress a combination of cardio and weight routines, around half and half.
The Classic workout is just right for those of you who are ready to begin from scratch.
Let’s take a quick look the Lean schedule.
Lean:
The Lean routine will have you focus on Cardio a ton more than weights. This is a great position to begin for those that want to stress weight loss to start and then maybe work into adding muscle later. With the lean workout schedule you’ll be working heck of a lot more cardio, which will obviously use more calories and ensure you lose fat a ton quicker.
I haven’t triedthis alternative but I think it to be perfect if you desire to get in shape. Especially if you did not think you were prepared to start Classic. You will need to set aside up to 1 hour and a half on any given day for your Lean workout.
Now what’s interesting is at phase 3 of the P90X Workout you actually workout close to Phase 1 of the Classic. With that said you can understand how Lean can be a lead into Classic to. After that the Classic will build up into what we will look at next.
Doubles:
This is the final P90X workout and is created for people already in shape or have already done Classic but ready for more. You will understand why in a moment. Now with Doubles you’ll need great deal more time and loyalty to the program, you will must reserve up to 2 hours and 20 minutes on some workout days. In nearly all cases you’ll get up in the morning and do cardio, then a while later or at night you will do resistance workout plus abdominal workout.
The main difference between Classic and Doubles is all the cardio.
Each workouts will help with near instant weight loss.
