Written by After weeks or months of working five days a week, I get to the point where I’d really like to find some warm weather by a pool or the beach and just park myself. I figure I’m like most everyone else in needing to keep a careful watch over the budget. Admittedly flying to exotic resorts may not be in our budgets this year. There are a few places with hot weather, hotels with pools, the beach and a few opportunities for saving a little money.
The first place that comes to mind is good old Southern California. You will find mile after mile of beautiful beaches, and places to stay not far from the water. Mexico is another candidate if you’re looking for even warmer weather. Specifically, you can find many nice Cancun Travel deals online, and this resort city on the Yucatan Peninsula has a lot to offer summer travel visitors. The city includes a long peninsula with dozens of beachfront hotels. One thing that is not lacking in Cancun is warm weather.
There are travel deals to be found for warm-weather destinations throughout the
Caribbean. There are quite a number of options in vacation destinations in that part of the world. Consider also Jamaica and Playa del Carmen. Spend some time up front doing research so you learn about the culture and background of the place, and also to make sure you know enough to make smart and safe decisions during your trip. I’m not sure how we made it before Google came along, but now it is possible to obtain an amazing amount of research information before you embark on your warm-weather vacation.
